This collection of gifts are perfect for move-in, retention, or marketing. Our gift box designs vary according to season and supply. See available colors below. These can also be designed as marketing gifts. We can also design a gift exclusive for your property per contract. Additional box colors are available with a minimum order of 100 gifts.

The ribbon and print color on the label can be customized for your property at no extra charge as long as we have that particular color available. If you wish to have a logo printed on the label, please email that to us separately at orderscreativegifts@gmail.com in a jpeg, or png format. If no logo, the label will read either Welcome Home or Welcome to Name of Your Property. Gifts can also be shipped with no ribbon and/or no lable.

Each gift box contains the essentials they’ve probably forgotten including toilet paper, hand soap, single size laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, and a kitchen sponge. In addition we add snacks (usually Cheezits and Cookies plus hot cocoa mix)
