Everyone needs a helping hand. Even squirrels need a helping hand. Whether you’re starting a new business or trying to grow an existing one, a helping hand can make the difference between success and failure.

I’ve been asked by several people, “Why are you spending your time creating this blog on a website that sells gifts and gift baskets and writing in it just about every day? What do you hope to accomplish? What are you going to get out of it? Why don’t you just concentrate on selling.”
Well, that video says it all. Everyone needs a helping hand at some time or another. I’ve created several successful businesses through the years. And now it’s time to extend that helping hand. I’ve operated a gift basket related Facebook for years, published a digital magazine for 13 years, and even have a gift basket business related website.
But I know that some of the readers of this blog don’t visit Facebook. And many didn’t subscribe to the magazine or ever visit the website. So this is just another way of offering a “helping hand” to others regardless of whether they own a business or not.
